As a member of the GovernX VMO Consulting team, Mike works with clients to assess, design, and improve their vendor management capabilities. He also works side by side with the GovernX Technology team and ISG Advisors as a SME on the GovernX Transition Management module to support our clients' smooth transitions into outsourced engagements.
